Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our company’s databases and systems. You will work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and perform regular data quality checks.

Responsibilities:

Input and maintain data in our company’s databases and systems
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by performing regular data quality checks
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors
Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Retrieve and analyze data as needed for reporting and analysis purposes
Prepare reports and dashboards based on data inputs
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
Keep up-to-date with changes to data entry standards and procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry officer or similar role
Familiarity with data entry tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with data quality checks and reporting is a plus
